Guest guest
Hello my name is Karen. I have been to the ER many times and been sent away saying I was having anxiety attacks. I went back thinking my blood sugar was really low and I had a doctor tell me I was having migraines. But what I have noticed was this pattern of symptoms. *confusion a little *speech a little slowed *tired * ac hey *mouth water a little * nerve in my tongue shakes and gets bad when I am stressed *my hands go cold and numb *forgetful *in a daze *my tongue looks like it get a little crinkled a tiny bit on eat side. *muscle jump in different parts of my arms and legs kinda moves around *depression Sometimes this happens days of a week before I start seeing and aura and a blind spot so to speak and the aura lasts about 1 hour most of the time then I have a light head pain for a couple hours sometimes and then all my symptoms almost go away. Like pressure builds up and releases. Then it starts all over again. Taking longer or less time and always leads towards a migraine. I am taking the following supplements *B 6 2 mg 1 x day and it makes me feel very relaxed/high it is a weird feeling. Like I wanna panic and Don't. *Flaxseed oil this is mixed in with the B 6 and it is around 650mg * Trace mineral drops and when I take 30 to 40 drops eat plenty and sleep the symptoms seem to be less. Can anyone tell me if I am on the right track as to what supplements to take? Or does this sound like migraines that is what my docs say and I am under unbelievable stress and I am 27. What can I take or do to correct this problem so I can fee better and function better? Thanks, Karen

Guest guest
my mother has suffered from migraine headaches for many years. she even has mini strokes associated with her migraines. what you are describing sounds much like her symptoms about 10-15 years ago. don't freak out. these mini strokes have not affected her beyond the symptoms. and she is able to control the mini strokes and migraines today. her symptoms seem to be hormone related and this is how she and her doctor control it. you may consider talking to your doctors about the possibility. it would be worth checking into. for what its worth vicki
Guest guest
In my opinion, you need to take a good B complex supplement, and not take B-6 alone. Many of the things you are experiencing are B vitamin deficienies. I also find that eating high magnesium foods will make most headaches a thing of the past. I don't have headaches any more, since I eat lots of natural magnesium through food. Get your email and more, right on the new .com
Guest guest
Thanks for the responses. I am under a great deal of stress and well I tend to feel bad a lot and I got afraid at what was going on with me and I know this sounds silly but I am glad it just is migraines and I hope to find a good treatment. I saw something online called the NET it is the Nero emotional technique and I made an apt today and I am driving over 100 miles one way just to get to this doctor tomorrow. I do hope he can help me to feel much better since practical medicine seems to think I am just depressed or whatever. Maybe natural medicine can help me where the other has not. Cause all I seek is to get better and not have to be on all those chemical drugs if I can keep from it to get well. Yes the chemical drugs can heal but I am afraid of them now so I am seeking a natural based answer. Karen
Guest guest
Thanks for the information. I know with just the flaxseed oil and b6 and trace minerals I feel so zoned out on auto pilot and or on a relaxed high and it frightens me is that normal to feel that relaxed or is that my bodies way of saying this is how I should feel and not all nervous? And would a B complex make me feel this way or better you think you askin.. Karen
Guest guest
I can't help ya much hon on the treatment, but I can say that it definitely sounds like migraines. The suggestion Gab says sounds like an excellent idea. My daughter also had biofeedback and that really helped her over a yr ago when I had her doing that. Though she doesn't seem to get full blown migraines anymore, she still gets headaches, so we are working on that. ~Robin
Guest guest
Hi Karen, are you a diabetic or hypoglycemic or have you just been without food for a long time? Its a good idea to eat something every 4 hours. Not a big meal, but something light. As for relaxation, try chamomile tea. It works wonders on me and I get stressed at times too. I am sure others here will suggest this and other herbs too. Robert Karen62879 wrote: Hello my name is Karen. I have been to the ER many times and been sent away saying I was having anxiety attacks. Guest guest
These symptoms are very much ones that I experienced until I found out that wheat gluten was my problem. I don't have these problems since the gluten is out of my life. The headaches were horrific..Maybe you have some kind of food allergy. Good luck and my sympathies... Guest guest
Today I drove to a doc over 100 miles away since I could not find any in my area that would listen and help me and he told me 1 my adrenal glands were out of balance from some depakote I was on for 10 years in the past. My body was toxic from the depakote and paxil and other meds from the past. He also told me I needed a cleanse and a B complex that was organic and an organic vit C and he gave me two cleanse. He preformed something like the NET(Nero emotional technique ) and my body responded to what it wanted and did not like or want. What I was taking it said it did not need right now or want it was so cool cause when he put the pills in my hand in a bottle he would push on my arm and it would respond by moving down when he pushed on it or holding strong where he could not move it he did the test the same way with no pills in the bottle as well. I was amazed . He told me another thing was that breads or anything wheat was a big NO NO and that I need to take them out of my diet so it makes sense that I would have a gluten allergy. I know when I was mostly raw fruit and veggies I was feel pretty good most of the time better than I am not but as soon as I ate a sandwich on wheat bread I got sick and started twitching. and it has only gotten worse. Also he said he believes I am hypoglycemic and that is why my body responds to wheat and other process foods the way it does. He want to see me ever 6 to 8 weeks for a check up. But he seems to think I will do fine on the cleanse. Does anyone know if cleanses make you feel weird or sick? I have to work and I really don't wanna feel any worse that I do right now you know. He told me so much I was just wowed by it and it all made sense to how I was feeling. Karen
Guest guest
When I was on depakote and paxil I was diabetic I had a blood sugar fasting for about 10 hours at 396. Then I had too take meds to get under control. Now since I am off those meds my sugar runs low and I had a doc tell me today he believes that I am hypoglycemic which makes since now and as for the tea I have just bought some and I am going to start drinking it. Thanks for the suggestions. Karen
Guest guest
Well the doc I have spoke of in the past emails said it was adrenal glands that were off balance and that caused my hormones along with the depakote and paxil to well get me all off balance and toxic therefore giving me PCOS which is unbalanced hormones. I just hope even though it makes sense to me I just hope this is what is going on and he did say a slow and steady cleanse would help get the toxins out of my system and if I started eating less processed foods and not bread products at all I would feel so much better but it may take a while to fix what is off balance but it could be done. And on an organic level without drugs. and with herbs. So I am going to give it a got. When I went to an endocrinologist she said she thought it was an adrenal problem as well so I think that could be it now it is fixing what is off balance? Can herbs really fix what has be off balance so long? Karen
