Hi group my Name is Ann and I saw you have another Ann so I will go by my id Annloves9 when I write, so you will know us apart. Here is my story of who I am, I had melanoma in 1985 in the right groin, no mode anywhere on my body, how we found the source was just that I got food poisoning and was put in the hospital for that. For you see I had a very hard job, I ran one of the largest carpet company's sample warehouses in Dalton Georgia, I was the shipping and receiving clerk, the inventory controller, I ran the whole warehouse alone. I kept up with over 500,0000 rolls of carpet each week and they cut on it everyday, so that had to be kept up with and made sure it was recorded, and the roll put back in the bin. I unloaded all the trucks that came in tagged the rolls, and put them up, and shipped the ones out that were going out. I had been hurting to in my groin but put if off as a pulled muscle for about a year. I got up to shower

the day I was to go home, after being there for a week, in the hospital and fell to the floor and could not get up. The leg locked up on me. They called my Dr. back in and he told me he was keeping me in on the antibiotics for another few days so he could do the surgery on that Monday. Well they told me that night it was nothing!!!!!!!! wrong, next day about 5 Drs. came in my room with cameras. Hello I said; what is going on. I think that is a song in there some where. lol anyway then my Dr. comes in and says he has bad news. Like I have not figure it out by now. Well lets say they went back in on the 14th of May a week later, and then on the 15th my oldest daughters birthday, I was told I had 2 years tops I was in the 5th stage of melanoma. la la BO BO I fool them. Some one with higher powers had better plans for me. I had four children from the age of 10 to 5 and they needed me more than God at the time. I did not lose my leg at this point, but I was in and out of

the hospital about 8 times a year with a staff infection in the leg. So finally in 1998 the leg quit fighting the infection and after 5 surgeries they took the leg. I have never been bitter, angry, felt sorry for my self, I still am a whole person just one leg is shorter than the other. I have had 4 legs and they did not work but made the leg worst, so finally they came out with a linger that does not suck on the skin are pull on it. The Iceross liner, and the Rheo Knee, the newest of the high tech legs. I am walking now, with a cane. After 8 years I hope to ditch the cane before Christmas and do the waltz with my grand children. In all of this I have had over 50 surguries, and I have no small intestines left to digest food. So my diet is a liquid, about 90% and what tiny pin hole I have, the food can only be soft and easy to go down are I am asking to explode. I have coded 4 times, bled out 3 of those 4 and once on the recaction

to my meds. So Life is like lemons, and you turn it into lemonaide. For others may have it worth than you if you look around, and see the homeless, and those that can't make it and lose their jobs and homes.
