Hello,

I posted yesterday but maybe didn't send it to the right place. We

with lowering his cholestrol. Any advice would be appreciated. Lori L

######I read that it is not all it is cracked up to be. This article said it is not so healthy. Well there was a bunch of stuff it said. I just wanted to know if anyone else knew anything. So if anyone knows anything i would sure like to know. ~~Tonia ###

Lots of garlic split lengthwise and if you have a hard time swallowing it you can juice it in juice or put some oil in it and it slides right down. About 4 cloves a day for an adult, more or less depending on size. I use 2-3 large cloves and use cold pressed organic olive oil to swallow. Great and I'm used to it. I'm a petite person if I take more than this it comes out my pores big time. I sneak it into my hubby's stuff now so he doesn't smell it on me. I am sensitive enough to know my dosage, but doc has a dosage rule in the group files. With Garlic 4 good sized cloves is about right for an adult. Also Hawthorne is very good and you can take both the garlic and hawthorn. By the way fresh organic garlic is the way to go much more active ingredients to help this situation ASAP. Hope this helps. Love and laughter.
