vitamins

Hi. I am new to taking vitamins and the whole herb thing. I read in

a recent post, (RE: OMG) that the vitamins I bought from the drug

store may not be any good or may even be bad for me. How can I tell

which vitamins are natural/good? What is in these so called " bad "

vitamins? Is it best to buy more expensive ones? Are there any cheap

vitamins out there that are natural?
