Someone just told me that my adrenals are depleted and to take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in a small glass of water each night before bed (helps you sleep, too, she said). I didn't know apple cider vinegar boosted the adrenals. Does this sound right? Also, she said it would make my system more acidic. I thought the goal was to make my system more alkaline.
