Guest guest
When it comes to herbs you can't overdue like with pharmacy, (oh I suppose anything can be overdone) but I strongly recommend ginger which I buy freshly powdered and cap up. It's good for everything, especially headaches and stomachaches. Even give it to my whippets when they travel in smaller doses of course. I also cap up my slippery elm, although I can take it in a little water by making a paste and just swallowing. Ginger is a little harder to take as it's quite strong but it can be done if your stomach can handle it. Also I cap up my boron and cayenne. I have a terrible time with the cayenne tincture and have an SOS out to doc and crew right now as it's upsetting my stomach (I have a viral infection) I reported to you all that I have found feverfew and lavender compound (tincture) zaps my headaches right now. Great stuff. I'm tinkering with the idea of capping lobelia to see if it works, however doubt it would be as effective as the tincture. Love and laughter to you all. Guest guest
Hi! I buy fresh ginger root and put a piece in some almost boiling water, let it steep, and have ginger tea when I have an upset stomach. I do sweeten it up just a tiny bit of honey. Guest guest
I prefer tincures and teas. I'm not too crazy about capsules. I choke too easily.Tammi U.On 9/16/06, calicocatgrl < Vicki1624 wrote: Hi!
