When its available, yes I would hon. Im not sure when it will be ready I only planted it this past spring, Its doing quite well and looks like the harvest will be bountiful whenever the time comes. If I remember correctly its to be dug in the winter after the leaves have died back. If anyone knows better, please let me know.

I found my roots at www.burpee.com . Then I had a local nursery hunt for the plants, I got three from her and burpee sent me a package of 5 roots. All of which are doing quite well in a space behind the shed. They are two different varieties. One is the species and the other a burpee hybrid. The leaves are somewhat different but so far both are healthy vigorous growers. I do believe that growing is the only way you can be assured of a supply- not found the dried roots anywhere so far. If you want I can send you some when ready to harvest.

You're gonna have a line outside your door. ;-)

But as I said in an earlier email, it is real easy to get your organic grocer to carry it.

All ya gotta do is ask.

Love,

Doc
