Guest guest
I have two issues here I need help with. What is a good thing to do for headaches and/or migraines and also heartburn? My 12 yr old daughter gets lots of headaches and heartburn. Has anyone ever tried the Himalayan Goji Juice? Thanks for helping me! ~Robin
Guest guest
My migraines responded well to feverfew- not the capsules. The plant grows wild or you can cultivate it. When I felt a headache coming on I just grabbed about 3-4 fresh leaves and chewed them then swallowed the juice. It would stop a migraine right in its tracks. Then I made a tincture of the fresh leaves in Brandy with a bit of Stevia. A couple drops of this daily, and pretty soon no more headaches at all. Not had one in several years now. It does not cure them). heartburn: what is she eating? there are trigger foods: Pizza, tomato based sauces, chocolates? Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail. Guest guest
I've seen the feverfew in capsule form in the health food store. Would they possibly carry the the plant? I'm not quite sure where to find it. Not sure if it grows wild around here. ~Robin herbal remedies , zoe w <ilovegrafix wrote: > > My migraines responded well to feverfew- not the capsules. Guest guest
I'm gonna have her keep a diary of what she's eating so we can figure it out. I know being a teenager, she doesn't eat well or drink enough water. I keep stressing to her the importance of this. thanks for your help! ~Robin herbal remedies , tony vergilatis <greekamerican1961 wrote: > > > Headaches: If they are migrains, Feverfew (you have to take it daily, it prevents migrains. Guest guest
Thank you sooo much for the link for the seeds! This is great! Can the person who said about making a tincture with Brandy and Stevia, please give me the total recipe, as well as how much to take of it for headaches? Thank you kindly!! ~Robin
