anyone here read that file and follow how to make that. What is cheese

cloth or that other cloth mentioned. It also sounded like we shouldn't

be buying vitamin C at stores since its made with corn.

While I buy many vitamins at NON health food stores, I only buy Vit C from health food stores, the POWDERED vitamin C and which is all natural. When Flu season comes around, I take a couple level-teaspoons of C a day. One dose I take with N-acetyl-cystine (NAC) that I buy at health food store. It's a liver aiding supplement but should be taken with vit C. It is my opinion that most all the "pill variety" Vitamin C is very dubious as to its value. I recommend POWDERED vitamin C, and I can only find this at health food stores.

Hello Chris,

Cheesecloth can be purchased in the grocery store, or any health food store. Good staple to have on hand, I use it all the time. I take organic yogurt and wrap it in cheese cloth to make a yummy yogurt cheese (much like cream cheese) you can use the liquid off of that on your dogs or in your recipes. Good stuff full of vitamins. Love and laughter.
