At what point are you able to tell the difference or is there

something that will treat all three? Sore throat, headaches, ear

pain, slightly haloed vision, sneezing, chest and nasal

congestion...this is NOT fun. Thank you. ~Hannah

This is allergy season, but giving up grains (espec. wheat) is my suggestion. Also, as the seasons change, give up all cold drinks and foods. I have other suggestions if you want to write to be personally or through the group. Good luck.

Allergies and colds are hard to tell apart. If you can get some ma huang or ephedrine and take a dose, that will tell you. Allergies will greatly improve while colds only slightly. If you have the flu you will be very tired and might have some muscle pains. (Also, if you are coughing/runny nose, that may be more of a cold/allergy instead of a flu). Also, (do not try this). If you exercise with a cold it helps, if you exercise with a flue it makes it worse.Hannah <artistonleave wrote: At what point are you able

Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min.
