Ephedra is good for many many things, unfortunately its one of those rare herbs I can't tolerate- it really sets off my tremor even worse than caffeine. One of my teachers years ago liked to serve an ( anonymous) herbal tea at the beginning of the class and usually that was quite nice. But this one time he served what he calls Buzz Tea- it had ephedra in it and I had quite a reaction right there in class. I do believe that was the last time he served any tea without letting us know what was in it first. LOL I had to camp out on his couch for a few hours before it had worn off enough that i could drive home. I can't handle epinephrine either- one dentist was scared out of his wits He told me it was zylocaine I had no idea that it came either with or without epinephrine- guess which one he was using? Life is so full of these tiny little dramas :)

Welllllllll, it's back on for the nonce. The Ephedra groups made a big enough stink and took it to court and it's now back on, though the market was damaged badly by this.

I've never been in agreement with using it for weight loss anyway, but was upset I couldn't use it in my Nerve Regeneration Formula. Ephedra is excellent for rebuilding nerves.

I will be happy to send you some seeds as soon as they start dropping. I have found they don't germinate well if they don't drop first. I can send them to you and won't worry about postage unless you want a large amount, then I will let you know what the postage is. I have about 7 trees so it should not be a problem, Just let me know, Marsha
