Guest guest
I found that some of the worst things I did for my nasal passages and sinuses to clean them out were: saline washes, otc's, prescription drugs, Alkalol herbal wash, camphor and menthol type remedies, etc. I found the best things I could do for my nasal passages and sinuses were: inhaling steam through your nose out of a clean humidifier or pot (towel draped over your head), a small amount( 1/16- 1/32 tsp.) of bayberry root bark powder as an irritant snuff to stimulate sneezing and drainage(goldenseal root powder can me 1/2 mix to reduce irritation and as an antibiotic), diluted grapefruit seed extract inhaled through nose(do not swallow), gargles for the throat with mentioed remedies in case you are a carrier(do not swallow-infection), ferum phosphiricum 6X and silica 6X homeopathic remedies to initiate drainage, 3% hydrogen peroxide reduced to 1.5%-2% with distilled water and inhaled through nose(35% food grade diluted-be careful), homemade mild colloidal silver misted or with a dropper into nose(do not ingest), quick and short nasal inhalations of high concentrations of ozone, electrical stimulation with a Beck blood electrifier with low current or a low current adjustable Clark zapper or a signal generator with -20db attenuation and low current at high frequencies( all 3 of these are the best method and are applied to the nasal passages), plain distilled water inhaled through nose as a wash, and treatment of intestinal dysbiosis when all else fails to give permanent relief. I have used all of the above methods over a period of 32 years. They work and they are safe if you are careful and follow instructions. If in doubt, do not try it.
