This is the reason I asked about alternate protein sources, which led me to www.localharvest.org and the purchase of organic buffalo meat online. I have never ever had any problems with bacteria in my meat and from all I can find on the subject, it seems that the experts consider the safety of the virii to be far less than the bacteria. I refuse to be poisoned any more than I already have been. This also prompted my total switch to organic foods. If it isn't certified organic I won't buy it, and adjust my menus according to what IS available.

Between these virii, the GMO or GE foods, the hidden addition of aspertame and/or splenda in almost all processed foods and also the indiscriminate use of MSG and they don't even have to tell us about that one, its just no darned wonder that we have an entire generation of sick kids ( allergies, asthma, ADD ADHD, behaviour disorders, etc) and we adults aren't immune either, Look at the skyrocketing statistics on prevalence of Cancer, Aids, Alzheimer's and Heart Disease. I am speaking of course about those of us who live in the good ole USA.

Our track record is pathetic, our health care system is nothing less than criminal. Unfortunately, now it seems that most other countries are following our lead, and selling out to the GMO's etc. If we don't STOP buying this crap, it won't be long before we simply can't avoid it at all, because it is escaping into the wild and cross pollenating with our native crops.

I am concerned for my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Will they be able to protect themselves the way I have been doing? Im hearing rumors about the Big Pharm trying to make it illegal to buy food supplements ( Our Herbs included) and certainly illegal to be creating our own medicines. That will be a very sad day in the history of humanity. The idea of the illuminati, is becoming more and more of a reality. Perhaps it always has been, but now it is very difficult for them to hide. Becoming a global community exposes many things previously hidden to the rest of the world.
