Can anyone recommend something to relieve muscle and soft tissue

pain? I'm 20 weeks pregnant and am having an extreme case of 'tennis

shoulder and elbow' that is keeping me from getting any rest at

night. The pain is tolerable during the day but when I lie down it

becomes sharp and intense. I end up having to prop myself up at a 45

degree angle with my elbow propped up at just the right height in

order to ease the discomfort and drift off to sleep.

I've tried using an arnica gel but it doesn't seem to be doing much

for me.

I appreciate any suggestions...

Also in the shower you can focus the water on your shoulder as hot as you can stand if for

several minutes then as cold as you can stand it, and keep repeating it. hugs, willow Only when the last tree has diedAnd the last river has been poisonedAnd the last fish has been caughtWill we realizeWe cannot eat money.Cree Indian Expression
