I recently had a heart attack, was in the hospital,

and now I’m told I can’t work until at least October.

I have obstructed arteries. Any suggestions on what

is good to fix that problem? Thanks.

Yes: A number of things. Vitamins: Vit E (mixed tocopherols, low dose 100-200 Units a day) Folic acid 400 mcg, B6 5 mg and B-12 100 mcg a day. (You might have to buy 10mg b-g tabs and break them in half). Minerals: Magnesium 100 mg a day, Selenium 100 mcg a day . Herbs: Garlic (raw. Use a grater to grate at least a half clove a day into a sandwhich or salad). Apple cider vinegar (Try to find Bragg's brand or . organic). One teaspoon a day in a cup of water, Kelp, one tablet a day ProFibe (you can find it on the net or order it at a healthfood store). It says to take 3 scoops a day. Start of with 1/2 scoop a day for a week and one week later increase to 2 half scoops (one with a morning meal and one with an evening meal,) after another week or two, increase

to a scoop in themorning and one in the evening. Others: Either a couple fish oil or flax seed oils a day. Also try to eat a can of sardines once a week (packed in water). A glass or 2 of red wine for dinner. If possible walk. If you can walk 5 times a week for 45 minutes (build up to this) that would be great. (You have to build up to a fast walk). NO hydrogenated oils/trans fats (margarines). Cut down on sugar.

I think that hydrogen peroxide chelation therapy (I think that is what it's called) would be benificial for this, if you can find someone who does it. Thank you so much for your input.  I’m using those

suggestions and hoping for a miracle. The only thing I can’t do right now

is the walking, which I can’t wait to do as soon as I can.

It is called chelation therapy and it uses a chemical called EDTA. And it does work! Better yet, unlike bypass, it cleans every artery out. Good news it does work. Semi bad news: not approved by the medicos so insrance will not pay. Good news: It costs about 3k (for about 20 sessions).

I completely forgot one more thing (either you will love it or hate it). There are very very low heart attack rates in Mexico, Thailand and low rates in Greece . Reasons: Mexico and Thailand the people eat HOT peppers with every meal. And a compound in hot peppers slows blood clotting INSIDE your body. the thing is you have to eat a fair amount daily, However you could take cayenne capsules. Greece: The only fats used in cooking are olive oil and some butter. No margarines, criscos etc.

Thanks for all the input. Actually, I was in the

middle of an oral chelation program named Tri-Cardia from Vaxa, when this

happened. According to the doctor, seems as if clogs from other areas of

the body began to move around, trying to get out of the body, and got stuck

around the heart…

I’m on a vegetarian diet now, and trying to unclog the

arteries naturally, but slowly now. However, I’m using cayenne

pepper 40,000 heat units, 3 x a day as well.

aren't clay baths supposed to help too? I may be way off, but I thought I read that somewhere. cattony vergilatis <greekamerican1961 wrote: It is called chelation therapy and it uses a chemical called EDTA. And it does work! Good job. the cayenne 3x a day will prevent new clots from forming inside your body. (try and find a good thai restaurant, they can really spice up dishes). Also I would try an EDTA chelation.

I have often referred to cayenne, as the roto rooter of the cardio-vascular system :) I also use niacin 250mg-time released - one capsule per day to prevent the buildup of plaque and Garlic to lower the LDL's and increase the HDL's Good luck to you on your program.

They are detoxifying from teh point of view of removing toxins from your pores, but they do not chelate.catherine quinn <quinn.cat1968 wrote:

Cayenne either powder or capsule is about the ONLY herb I have taken which can give me some grief. That is, if I do not carefully only take it with a meal, if I am stupid enough to take a Cayenne capsule on a pretty much empty stomach, it BURNS and gives me heartburn. So, I always take it with a meal or sandwich. Then it gives me no problem digesting at all.

Cilentro is one of nature's chelators and is good for the heart but is more specific for removing heavy metals from the body. A great herb.
