In the morning use ACV to remove the Castor oil and then an all natural shampoo. Best in the world is Terressential's Shampoos. It's the only kind I'll use on my hair. Also Doc stated to take the 'Total Nutrition' formula along with the castor oil for hair regrowth. Total, by the way is internal, castor oil is external.
