Guest guest
This is most interesting. Cinnamon has been proven to help stabilize blood sugar levels. In many people when blood sugar goes up, the body responds by OVERPRODUCING insulin and the blood sugar levels drop by too much, zapping one's energy. From what I have seen, you need to take 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in your morning oatmeal and this should help. Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min. Guest guest
Accurate, but not quite. According to the research I've read, the active ingredient in cinnamon that helps the body with insulin is neutralized by the saliva. You have to get it into the stomach, bypassing the mouth. Capsules are better. I've been taking cinnamon since March to help control my diabetes. tony vergilatis <greekamerican1961 wrote: This is most interesting.
