Doc, do you consider Quinine to be herbal or allopathic??????? (I am curious because in 98 it was removed from over the counter sales and a pharmacist told me it was because it was great for so many different things the drug companies did not want it readily available because it hurt sales of newer drugs)

Quinine /Škw׋n×n/ *N. a bitter crystalline compound present in cinchona bark, used as a tonic and formerly as an antimalarial drug.*An alkaloid; chem formula: C20H24N2O2.

 

It is herbal and is very beneficial.
