I'd recommend Herbal Snuff.

It is a combination of powders that are snorted up the nose.

You should be able to find this in the files if you want to make it

or get more info on it.

Also we sell it here with the instructions on how to use it.

A Neti Pot looks like an Alladin's Lamp. You tilt your head to the

side and pour the solution into the nasal cavity and let it drip out

of the other nostril.

It sounds silly at first, but it works very well.

I always use essential pepermint oil in tea to clear a stuffy nose. Strong stuff, 2-3 drops should be plenty.

I was addicted to Afrin and continuous usage only causes more problems.

I cured my continuous stuffy nose by using a NeilMed bottle with a saline solution to wash out all the gunk then immediately take Doc's 'Snuff' several times a day as needed. I found that removal of the excess mucus (breeding ground for the pathogens) allows the Snuff to get right to the membranes. I made my own saline solution by adding a 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, RealSalt, or canning salt to a quart of distilled water (do not use any table salt or iodized sea salt). Using the NeilMed bottle allowed me to control the pressure required to flush out the sinus cavities.

Living in the mountains and it being dry I use a nose spray atomizer (used Afrin) bottle with my homemade CS (colloidal silver) solution. It hydrates and kills the fungal aspect on contact. I also have sleep apnea and have to use a CPAP machine at night and absolutely need a clear nose. I use my CS in the CPAP machines heated reservoir which was re-infecting me on a daily basis.

I have had severe sinus issues for several years. Irrigation is the

best thing for stuffy noses and it can keep the nasty mucus from

building up, harboring bacteria, and giving you a whopping sinus

infection. My doctor recommended ENT Sol. It is a super salty saline

with no preservatives. It is not a prescription but it is kept behind

the pharmacy counter and you will have to ask for it. Some pharmacies

have to order it for you. You may want to just use it when your

symptoms are at their worst and the rest of the time try something

like Simply Saline. Welcome to ragweed season!
