Guest guest
Doc, Is it necessary to mix the ingredients of the Total Tonic? Is there more benefit to the ingredients when mixed than if taken separately? At our home, we like the taste of vinegar (drink it in water) and blackstrap molasses. We haven’t tried the black walnut yet. Would you get the same benefit from taking each ingredient separately in the same quantity as you would by taking them mixed together? Thanks so much, Betsy
Guest guest
Dear Betsy. It is absolutely necessary to mix 'em. The ACV acts as a catalyst so that the Molasses and BWH are absorbed instanter. They become one with your body faster and more completely rather than having to go through the digestion process and be absorbed in a more round about way.
