My lower legs, more the external that is the shin fleshy area, seems not to get good circulation. I am very careful not to bang or cut my shin or calf, as it takes quite awhile to heal. I often wear shin guard type wraps to cover both the front and back of my lower legs. I would like that skin to be thicker, lusher, and heal more quickly. ..
