Guest guest
i found that he recommending this in higher doses for heart health. Didnt know about the lysine.>> Each day, part of my supplements includes: a level teaspoon of powdered Vit C and NAC, also Sillymarin and Lysine. I believe powdered Vit C from natural sources is much better than those big pills which may say anything on them. The N acetyl cystine has to be taken with C (so as not to bring on kidney stones) and the NAC and the Sillymarin are for liver. I can buy good, high dose Milk Thistle (sillymarin) and Lysine 1,000 mg at WalMart. I can only buy the NAC and the powdered C at health food store. After a couple years of this, my liver seems to continue very well and my BP is normal about 115 over 70. As you indicated, your intent was High Vit C and Lysine as part of DrPauling therapy for heart and veins. My heart is good but my circulation to lower legs could be better. .. Guest guest
For lower leg circulation there is a product called ProFibe. It is a mixture of grapefruit Pectin and guar gum. It basically forms a gel which combines with bile acids and prevents them from being absorbed and being turned into cholesterol. My father used it and his cholesterol went from 240 to 170 in 2 months. There are some articles on it and that it will reverse the clogging of the arteries if taken for 6 - 18 months.
