Appetite supressent Vit b6 and B12 ?

Ok along with the nail problem I am also taking the B 6 & 12 for

appetite susprecent. This helped originally but now it does't seem

too. I have been on it for about six months. Any suggestions?

 

Also with the nails I read about lung problems associated with not

being abel to grow healthy nails. I do have asthma but it has been

under control for quite awhile.

 

Thoughts please?
