Wonderful Recipe ! Another think I do is to add a piece ( yes i said a PIECE) of habanero to the ACV- gives the garlic a really wonderful flavor. Sometimes a bit of dill added to the above too. In addition to eating these cloves, I use them in recipes that call for fresh garlic.
