Hi..

Re: Cranberry juice for UTI.. Be careful buying it in supermarket , as it has sugar in it. I use the Real Cranactin Pills, but if using the juice, get it organic and sugar free from health food store. They have it with their other organic juices.

The cranberry juice is rather strong if you buy it and try to drink it strait. I buy organic apple and or grape along with the cranberry, and mix to taste.

lets not forget to DRINK LOTS OF WATER.. to flush the infection out

sometimes the obvious gets missed esp. w UTI's....Uti's often

develop due to a water imbalance aka de-hydration... allowing for

the bacteria in the UT to sit around and multiply..so we want to

make sure it is moving out ...Uva-Ursi, Juniper, along with some

diuretics like Dandelion and Nettle, our Kidney Balance Tea would be

great, and don't forget GARLIC natures natural anti-biotic 3-6

cloves daily ( sliced thinly tossed in salad, or on a sandwich, or

in olive oil and dwon the hatch)..

Don't you just LOVE garlic and all its healing properties!!?? I use it in

every meal, and love the " marinated " garlic I make using apple cider

vinegar. Basically just peel the cloves, fill a glass jar with as many as

you can, fill it up with apple cider vinegar and put on the lid. I keep

it on the counter and grab a clove whenever I'm nearby. My family laughs

at me, but I love the taste of the marinated garlic and I'm sure the

vinegar doesn't hurt.

Water is a wonderful and often forgotten element of good health.

Dehydration can do horrible things to your body and if you feel thirsty,

you're already there!! Drink your 8 oz (at least) every day and more if

you're ill. Mother nature sure knew what she was doing, huh?

One more hint for urinary tract infection (pain):

A hot sitzbath will temporarily relieve the pain. If you are

uncomfortable due to the infection, sit in the hot water until the

water cools. And YES, drink a lot of water. It will help flush

out the bacteria.

Yes! The hot Sitzbaths will help immediately.

To completely handle the condition so it doesn't reoccur though, best would be to do my Kidney Bladder Cleanse. I've never known the Kidney Tea and Tincture to fail to clean up UTI once and for all.

It just does the job.

You really want some extra action add some cayenne to your water and cranberry juice. I am a male and have had numerous UTI's over the years, mostly after

taking synthetic chemical antibiotics. The only cure that has

consistently worked for me is:1)temporarily go on a low/no carb. diet

and avoid most fermented products;2)large doses of ingested raw

garlic spread throughout the day, or if not practical because of the

odor find a high potency(allicin level guaranteed) garlic supplement-

raw is much better;3)plenty of distilled drinking water;4)a quality

high potency sugar-free cranberry product several times a day;5)a

moderate amount of high potency live yogurt throughout the day and

later larger amounts(carbohydrates);6)quit coffee and tea temporarily

or drink only moderate amounts, green tea would be preferable;7)quit

alcoholic beverages temporarily or drink only low carb. beers or low

yeast liquors;8)wear cotton underwear, avoid chemical soaps, use

unscented products, and incorporate good hygeine/sanitation habits;9)

and the most important ingredient in this remedy is high potency and

enteric protected probiotics in massive doses throughout the day and

every day(pulsed)-and for women a yogurt douche and/or a probiotic

product inserted and left in the vagina. This recommendation is based

on years of personal experience and in-depth research, and it just

may cure you of many other problems seemingly unrelated to the UTI.
