Good Advice, but this is California hon. am not aware of any "local farmers" but will check around just to make sure. Thanks, I really hate the thought of going meatless.

Zoe,

Don’t give up meat!!!! Buy your meat from a local farmer. It will not be sprayed with anything and hopefully raised naturally.

Herbal Remedies - Re: Ear ache ....AND a Question for ALL

Now I need some advice. Due to the recent approval by the FDA for the use of VIRII to be sprayed on our meats prior to packaging. I have decided I will no longer eat Meat. How can I ensure that my Protein intake is sufficient to maintain proper health? I know about beans and rice, but that could get pretty boring. Is there another formula or substance ( forget the soy products) that I can use to keep things in balance? Short of moving to NZ where they don't allow such nonsense and the milk as ALWAYS RAW, Im just not sure how to go about protecting my health anymore.

Thanks

zoe

Osiyo Zoe!

Hello Zoe!

Organic Farms are everywhere in CA. Go to http://www.ccof.org/ and select your area.

If you cannot find a local one then you may have to go further out by going to: http://www.localharvest.org/

Try some buffalo as it is less fat and has more enzymes than beef. I will take the buffalo over beef everytime and you do not have to cook it well done. Elk is also very tasty.

Organic is more expensive but I guarantee the taste is worth it.
