Guest guest
Hello all, Does any one have recipe to make Garlic Oil at home. I went to health food store, they are selling very expensive. I think if I make at home it will be cheap. Thanks Raj
Guest guest
It takes a bit of time, but very easy. What I do is to buy FRESH garlic. Peel the cloves, chop very very finely and place in a CLEAN glass jar, such as a small canning jar with a tight fitting lid. Since its just me here 1-2 bulbs(not cloves) at a time is sufficient. Once they are in the jar, cover completely with extra virgin Olive oil. Place lid on tightly and turn upside down. Every day invert that jar, after about 2 weeks or so Strain the Oil from the garlic- Place in a clean jar and put in the refrigerator. Im sure others have other ways to do this, am anxious to see what other methods are being used. zoe Friday, August 25, 2006, 12:04:12 PM, you wrote: > Hello all, > Does any one have recipe to make Garlic Oil at home. Guest guest
If you have a juicer, you can juice a few bulbs and mix with an equal amount of olive oil. Shake a few times every hr for about 4 hrs. Then remove the olive oilportion and store. Discardthe non olive oil portion. How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
