I posted before but never got an answer and really need advised on whether or not i'm doing this right. My son just got over being sick so good time to cleanse his bowels...I started him on the child intestinal cleanse giving him one dropper-nothing...gave him 2-nothing-still only 1 maybe 2 bowel movements a day. Up to 2 1/2 now, still the same so going to go to 3...Do you do this exactly the same as the adult intestinal cleanse? Meaning, find your amount and stay on that until you feel the need to decrease until you are no longer on it and your bowels are toned...Is it ok to keep children on this also? I want to make sure i'm doing it right...and it's best to give before bedtime right?

Dear Marci,

The answer to all your questions is, YES. ;-)

Best on these kind of questions where you need an immediate answer is to phone as I wouldn't want to leave you hanging on waiting for an answer to these.

Much Love,

Doc

I always say that optimum is a bowel movement for every snack or meal.

Two to four a day is another good answer. 1 a day or 1 every other day

is not good elimination.

It is very nice when your body voids every time you eat something.

Feels very natural and healthy to me. I like the nice light feeling.

Thank you Doc! Next time i'll call--I know you guys are busy there and I try not to call if I can help it :-) but I will next time...

And I guess the more droppers or pills that you need to use, the more "unhealthy" your intestines are-is that right? And bowel movements are the same for kids as far as 2-4 a day right? He eats 3 good meals and snacks so i'm guessing he should be on the higher end...
