Guest guest
I'm gonna send this again. Maybe it got lost in cyberspace the first time :>) Doc, I have a couple of questions about the Lemon Egg. (I haven't tried it yet) 1. Are 2 oz of LE a day sufficient for the body's calcium requirements for all ages and sexes in addition to Total Nutrition? (Dh and I are 46, and my girls are teens) 2. How long will a batch of LE last in the refrigerator? 3. What can I do with the used egg? Is it still good to eat or is it ruined? 4. Can I substitute organic limes for the lemons? (we have two Key lime trees) Thanks! Guest guest
Dear Donna, Not 2oz, you want 2 Tablespoons per adult. Use the 150 Rule for kids by putting their weight over 150 and reducing down to the lowest fraction. IE. 50 lb kid would be 50/150 reduces down to 1/3 the dosage. Get the idea? A batch will last 2 to 4 weeks in the Fridge. Personally, my batches never last that long ;-) The used egg is still good to eat and can be cooked any way you like it or used raw in a drink such as the Green Dragon Recipe using the Total Nutrition. I've never tried it with Limes but it could work. Try it and let me know. LimeEgg??? What a concept.
