Guest guest
1) Did I read a comment from Doc a few weeks ago about 2 tablespoons ACV a day could clear up arthritis in 3 days time? 2) When making a cayenne tincture, do you have to use cayenne peppers or will any hot pepper do, such as habanero? Thank you, Judy Jackson

Guest guest
You can make tincture in big volume or small depending on how much you would like to have: Rinse Habenaro off and through them in a blender, stems and all 3/4 of the way to the top of blender, fill with 80 proof or higher vodka Blend store in a preferable a dark or a dark space give it a shake each day let it sit for 2-4 weeks ( I have had some set for a year) Put on gloves Strain with an old T-shirt Who la there is your tincture You make all tincture the same way. There is also a deal that you make them on a full moon. I have never followed that but if someone knows how to go about that, can you let us know.
