For the last 3 days I have been over this sickness except constant sinus pressure and nose mucous...how can I flush this stuff out to be done with this? I have been taking total tonic, eating 8-9 garlic cloves, exercising hard, and i'm at a loss. Anyone have any ideas?

IMHO, simplicity rules... whenever I suffer nasal congestion I use a saline solution to drain my sinuses. It works like a charm every time and is not irritating like some other solutions. Just mix a small amount of salt with purified water and use as a nasal drop or spray. The salt concentration can be adjusted to suit your personal needs, but I tend to put in as little salt as is necessary to cause adequate drainage. Try it out and see if it works for you. I hope it helps. Nadenae

You probably should not be exercising yet, give your body more time to

heal. Have you heard of Xango? Its a anti viral & bacterial. With a

growing number of other benefits. It is a fruit extract. Dawn from Ohio
