Guest guest
I was going to order the tooth & gum formula, but I first wanted to make sure it is safe to take while nursing. Also, do you swallow it or is it applied topically and how long will it take to notice improvement? Is it safe for young children as well? I am having lots of problems with my teeth lately and I don't want to go see the evil dentist. Melanie
Guest guest
Hi Melanie ! Yes you can take Tooth and Gum while nursing. You can spit it out or swallow it. I usually swallow it. Which ever you do, be sure not to rinse your mouth after using it. I recommend - brush your teeth as usual just before going to bed. Rinse the tooth brush and put 8 drops of Tooth and Gum formula on the toothbrush. Brush your teeth with the T & G. Spit if you like or swallow. DO NOT RINSE YOUR MOUTH. It is best if you do not drink or eat anything as the T & G will have all night to work.
