Osteoporosis -- DOC, advise, please

Hi,

Doc & everyone ~

I

recently had a DEXA bone scan for bone density and had pretty low scores.

They fall into the osteoporosis band, and I did know I was losing bone, because

my wrists have gotten so much thinner, and my hipbones are thinner, and my neck

is shorter and so is the distance between my ribs and my pelvis.

My

question is, how much lemon egg should I take daily, and what other advice do

you have. I’ve been very delinquent at exercizing and so have

changed my ways.

I

also found out my cortisol levels are way off, probably because I have a

nighttime schedule and I also go for long hours without eating, so I’m

remedying that. For that reason, I don’t want to do the total body

cleanse just yet. I want to first normalize my schedule of sleeping and

eating. But it’s confusing. My MD, who’s also an

endocrinologist and pretty hip nutritionist, says I must eat protein and a

starch and a vegetable at each meal for now to normalize these levels.

Doc,

or anybody, what should I do?

Thanks!

Carole

Dear Carol,

You need to take 3 tablespoons of the Lemon Egg every day.

Remember to cut back on all your acid ash foods.

We don't need you pulling a wicked witch of the west routine and have you melt on us.

LOL ;-)

Love,

Doc

Thanks,

Doc! But now I have another question about Lemon Egg. Do eggshells

have magnesium in them? If not, don’t I have to take extra

magnesium to balance the calcium? Nutritionist Peter Gillham has this

theory, which makes a lot of sense to me, that if you keep taking calcium and

don’t get enough magnesium, the body won’t utilize the calcium and

calcium deposits and arthritis can result. So some people just need to

stop taking calcium for awhile and just take a mag supplement like his Natural

Calm, and the body will then utilize the calcium. This proved true with

me several years ago. I had calcium buildup in my upper spine which went

away when I just took magnesium for awhile.

The

thing is, I wondered if eggshells had magnesium because of how Lemon Egg relaxes

you. Calcium’s not supposed to relax you; magnesium is.

Whaddya

say, Oh Wise One? J

How funny this is to me! My mother just broke her

foot, and I suggested the Lemon Egg and Body Balance

to her to rebuild her bones. She's going to start as

soon as I make it for her.

Her medico's answer to this brittle bone situation:

eat lots of meat and drink lots of milk! I laughed in

her face when she told me this! Of course he wants

her to eat all kinds of meat and drink tons of

milk--because it insures that he will have her repeat

business for years to come!!! What a plan!

Yes,

magnesium absolutely helps with pain. The best way I know to take it is

Natural Calm by Natural Vitality. Doc Shillington’s Lobelia

Tincture is also great for pain. Glyconutrients can do away with

rheumatoid arthritis. Mannatech sells them. Also check out the

Total Health Institute in Wheaton, Illinois.

Mannatech is a MLM money grabber - I wouldn't use them. There are other services (companies) that sell Glyconutrients.... I got REALLY frustrated trying to find them (Mannatech has flooded the advertising market on this product) but they're out there. Finally I just threw up my hands and made my own glyconutrient powder. It truely helps with my MS (and I like it on/in my food!). Just my 2 cents - take it or delete it. away when I just took magnesium for awhile.

The

thing is, I wondered if eggshells had magnesium because of how Lemon Egg

relaxes you. Calcium’s not supposed to relax you; magnesium is.

Herbal Remedies - Fw:

Osteoporosis -- DOC, advise, please

Dear Carol,

You need to take 3

tablespoons of the Lemon Egg every day.

Remember to cut back

on all your acid ash foods.

We don't need you

pulling a wicked witch of the west routine and have you melt on us.

LOL ;-)

Hi, Doc & everyone ~

I recently had a DEXA bone scan for bone density and had pretty low

scores.

They fall into the osteoporosis band, and I did know I was losing

bone,

because my wrists have gotten so much thinner, and my hipbones are

thinner,

and my neck is shorter and so is the distance between my ribs and my

pelvis.

My question is, how much lemon egg should I take daily, and what

other

advice do you have. I've been very delinquent at exercizing and so

have

changed my ways.

I also found out my cortisol levels are way off, probably because I

have a

nighttime schedule and I also go for long hours without eating, so

I'm

remedying that. For that reason, I don't want to do the total body

cleanse

just yet. I want to first normalize my schedule of sleeping and

eating.

But it's confusing. My MD, who's also an endocrinologist and pretty

hip

nutritionist, says I must eat protein and a starch and a vegetable

at each

meal for now to normalize these levels.

Doc, or anybody, what should I do?

Thanks!

Carole

Thamk you - I'll give it a look see! SaraCarole Eddington <caroleeddington wrote: Sara, if you have MS, you MUST see these websites: http://www.ms-cure.com/ and http://www.noelbatten.com/. This totally worked

for my best friend, just like in the before and after videos. Carole herbal remedies [herbal remedies ] On Behalf Of SaraFriday, August 25, 2006 3:02 PMherbal remedies Subject: RE: Herbal Remedies - Fw: Osteoporosis -- DOC, advise, please Mannatech

is a MLM money grabber - I wouldn't use them. Doc Shillington’s Lobelia Tincture is also great for pain. Glyconutrients can do away with rheumatoid arthritis. Mannatech sells them. please I have read that Magnesium relieves pain. Does it really? I have RA and need all the help I can get. Joyce - Carole Eddington herbal remedies Wednesday, August 23, 2006 5:20 PM RE: Herbal Remedies - Fw: Osteoporosis -- DOC, advise, please Thanks, Doc! But now I have another question about Lemon Egg. Do eggshells have magnesium in them? If not, don’t I have to take extra magnesium to balance

the calcium? Nutritionist Peter Gillham has this theory, which makes a lot of sense to me, that if you keep taking calcium and don’t get enough magnesium, the body won’t utilize the calcium and calcium deposits and arthritis can result. So some people just need to stop taking calcium for awhile and just take a mag supplement like his Natural Calm, and the body will then utilize the calcium. This proved true with me several years ago. I had calcium buildup in my upper spine which went away when I just took magnesium for awhile. The thing is, I wondered if eggshells had magnesium because of how Lemon Egg relaxes you. Calcium’s not supposed to relax you; magnesium is. Whaddya say, Oh Wise One?
