Guest guest
Dear Doc, I have a question regarding taking raw milk. Can the raw non-pasteurized milk preserve the same beneficial effect after boiling it, or should it be taken unboiled? My wife has concerns with not boiling the non-pasteurized milk. Thanks Reza Get your email and more, right on the new .com
Guest guest
Dear Reza, You do not want to boil the milk unless it comes from a source you are not familiar with or if the product is suspect. Best is RAW because of the enzymes. Love, Doc Dear Doc, I have a question regarding taking raw milk. Guest guest
Pasteurization will "Kill" the live milk. Yes, pasteurization will prevent spoiling and bactaeia, but it will also kill the enzymes and life force of the milk. For example: Fruit juices are usually pasteurized and pineapple juice (RAW) is a potent anti inflamatory, once pasteurized it loses that ability. Stay in the know. Pulse on the new .com. Guest guest
Yes. Raw non homoginized milk is much better tolerated. We have people over regularly who are " lactose intolerant " They love it because they can drink milk here with no problem Ramona Quoting AnnaY <b26525: > So will drinking RAW milk help if I can't tolerate the lactose in treated > milk? > > Anna > > - > tony vergilatis > herbal remedies > Thursday, August 17, 2006 2:29 PM > Re: Herbal Remedies - Question on milk > > > Pasteurization will " Kill " the live milk. Guest guest
Raw milk has made a world of differance in our diet. First it is more filling than the cooked stuff. Second it has dropped our need for meat. We just don't eat as much or want it. I have also found that the raw fruits and veggies are more filling. I guess our bodies are getting more when the goodness is not cooked out of them. Ramona PS if you are having trouble finding raw milk, I have a great website to help. http://www.realmilk.com/where2.html Quoting AnnaY <b26525: > Thanks! I'll try some! > > Anna > > Yes. Guest guest
Raw milk tastes so much better to me, But we can't get it around here any more. I stopped drinking it when I was pregnant and nursing, and when I went to get some the store I usually got it from had stopped selling it. - <ramona <herbal remedies > Monday, August 21, 2006 5:11 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Question on milk > oh, and you know it must be good since quackwatch is so against it. > Ramona > > Quoting AnnaY <b26525: > >> Thanks!
