Dear Carol,

Don't get lazy on me here Carol. ;-)

Use ONLY FRESH Organic Lemon Juice.

You want to use the whole raw organic egg intact, in order to get the most out of its organic properties. If you cook the egg or peel it first, the shell starts deteriorating and becomes inorganic.

Do it the exact way the recipe says.

Could you use an equal mix of bottle organic lemon jiuce and fresh organic lemon juice in the lemon egg?

 

Can you reduce the egg shells to powder after cleaning and drying in a mortar & pestle and use that way?
