Guest guest
I have been wheat-free (not necessarily gluten-free, but very close) for a little over five months. My daughter, who is breastfeeding, is reactive to wheat. When either of us has wheat, she becomes incontinent. Since we have been practicing EC since she was seven months old, I am very much in tune with what makes her go. When I (totally on a whim) eliminated wheat from our diets, she became 100% potty independent. If I slip and have any little bit of wheat, it is a guarantee that she will pee in her sleep that night. I have noticed similar reactions when she consumes zucchini, butternut squash, and Bach's Rescue Remedy. I have found that Tinkyada makes an excellent rice pasta, so good I can't even tell it's not wheat! I am not too fond of corn pasta, but DeBoles makes some that is decent. Bread is hard to find, but I do have a gluten-free breadmaker bread recipe that I dying to try out. It came from another gluten-free Mama, and it even has variations. Let me know if you (or anyone) are interested. There are also lots of mixes you can buy that are gluten-free. In my opinion, if something is going to make you feel better, why not do everything you can to make that happen? Is it fun being sick? Not for me! Guest guest
Is it made with brown rice flour? If so, I would like the recipe also. Thanks in advance. b26525 Anna - shellyrademacher herbal remedies Thursday, August 17, 2006 12:58 PM Herbal Remedies - Re: Gluten was any recommendations on herbals/supplements for anxiety/stress?
