Guest guest
Hi, I'm one of the unlucky ppl u hear about... 6 years ago at the age of 31 I suffered a severe brainsteam stroke. I awoke from the coma 2 weeks later unable to move a muscle or utter a sound. I was in a still, silent world for 6 months (agony, I was at the time a mother of a 3 and 1 year old). I was told I would never get better... I refused to accept that and continued to fight to move, I have made much progress, no thanks to our government that doesn't even allow me physical therapy. So I have turned my small apartment into my rehab, ive lived alone now for 3 years (very hard). I am peddling each day and lifting weights (trying ) but does anyone have any suggestions... I mean just anything to help strengthen my muscles, give me energy, cleanse me of anything... just anything. Oh, I'm super tired lately as well... thanks, bree
Guest guest
I would suggest the following. 1) Try a cleanse (e-mail DOC to see what he recommends) 2) If you can find a gym that has a nautilus circuit, that would be helpful. 3) Water aerobics. 4) Try to eat as close to organic as you possibly can. Stay in the know. Pulse on the new .com. Check it out.
