Guest guest Posted August 14, 2006 Report Share Posted August 14, 2006 Dear Brenda~ Many years ago, I suffered with a terrible ingrown toe nail in my big toe for MONTHS barely being able to walk on it! It swelled up so bad that I could not tie my shoes. Everyone (of course...) said I needed to go to the Dr, but what ended up doing it for me was so simple and quick relief: a reeeeeeaaaaally hot soak with epsom salts. By the next day, everything had seemed to dissolve away and the toe was good as new! No one suggested I do this, but I was desperate, and figured what would it hurt? And sure enough, it did the trick!
