Guest guest
Hi.. Yesterday morning, I got up with pain in the back of my neck, on right top side near hairline. One spot hurts real bad when trying to massage. I am using the Cayenne massage oil and Complete Tissue & Bone Massage oil twice a day, and doing hot and cold in shower . Another other suggestions will be helpful as I am very uncomfortable at this point. Thanks Diane M
Guest guest
Yes Diane M, as I was starting to say last night, it would be really nice if you had some magnesium chloride to apply to the local area. Loosens things up in a hurry. Mark
Guest guest
Arnica gel or Arni-flora gel same thing. It comes in a tube from health food stores or we sell it here. The best brands are B & T and Boiron. Valorie 727-447-5282 - Teddyberen herbal remedies Saturday, August 12, 2006 10:09 AM Herbal Remedies - Need Help(pain in back of neck) Hi..
