Hello, just joined the group and am wondering if anyone here has talked about magnesium chloride that is made from sea water evaporation and how this totally natural raw substance can be used transdermally to supplement the body with much needed magnesium? It's my number one choice in the naturopathic world of medicine and in my eyes could replace billions and billions of dollars of allopathic pharmaceuticals. It's an interesting subject because magnesium chloride in its natural form is a nutritent mineral yet when magnesium chloride or sulfate is used in an emmergency room through injection or IV its a life saving medicine that only an MD can use.

Hello,

I don't know if it has been discussed on this list since I joined only 2 months ago, but I use magnesium chloride daily. I think it's one of the best kept secret of naturopathy, and it is pretty cheap! We have a magnesium chloride drink every morning (one month on, one month off, still trying to get my little girls used to the taste) and to bathe sores and scratches. I never tought of using it for muscular pains. That's a great idea!

It would be great if you could share with us other ways to use it.

Thanks a lot,

Catherine
