Hi

I have been diagnosed with Chronic fatigue syndrome but the main

problem is throat problems. What is the best way to improve my immune

system on a continual basis.

I do eat plenty of fruit and vegetables but wondered what supplements

would be best as I have heard echinacea gives the immune system a high

then when you stop you are open to infection.

Thanks in anticipation

TOTAL NUTRITION IS AN EXCELLENT SOURCE OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS IN A FORM THAT THE BODY RECOGNIZES AND USES IMMEDIATELY.

IT PROVIDES MOST PEOPLE WITH ALL OF THE VITS AND MIN NEEDED EACH DAY. IT IS A GREEN DRINK, MEAL REPLACEMENT AND FULL OF PROTEIN AS WELL.

TOTAL NUTRITION HAS BEEN KNOWN TO HELP WITH NUMEROUS BODY PROBLEMS AS IT NOURISHES, REPAIRS AND CLEANSES. TOTAL TONIC AND ECHINACEA WOULD DEFINITELY HELP THE IMMUNE SYSTEM SPECIFICALLY.

THESE PRODUCTS CAN BE PURCHASED ON THE ORGANIC SOLUTIONS STORE AT ORGANICSOLUTIONSSTORE.COM, FROM ONE OF OUR ASSOCIATES OR YOU CAN MAKE THEM YOURSELF. SEE THE FORMULAS FOR INGREDIENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS.

I RECOMMEND DOING A TOTAL BODY CLEANSE AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR AND OF COURSE, A GOOD OVERALL DIET AND ONGOING EXERCISE.

Fruit and Veg are good for your body, but it does not do anything unless your

body actually use it. Beside from eating right, do you have the right amount of

protein, WATER, exercise, and other nutritions ?

Gargling with a good natural sea salt dissolved in warm/hot water can be helpful.

I already suggested the Echinacea and Tota Tonic as these are standard.
