Guest guest
Hi I have been diagnosed with Chronic fatigue syndrome but the main problem is throat problems. What is the best way to improve my immune system on a continual basis. I do eat plenty of fruit and vegetables but wondered what supplements would be best as I have heard echinacea gives the immune system a high then when you stop you are open to infection. Thanks in anticipation amanda

Guest guest
Fruit and Veg are good for your body, but it does not do anything unless your body actually use it. Beside from eating right, do you have the right amount of protein, WATER, exercise, and other nutritions ? - aajstephen <aajstephen Thursday, August 10, 2006 4:45 pm Herbal Remedies - What are the best ways to boost the immune system > Hi > > I have been diagnosed with Chronic fatigue syndrome but the main > problem is throat problems. Guest guest
Gargling with a good natural sea salt dissolved in warm/hot water can be helpful. I already suggested the Echinacea and Tota Tonic as these are standard.
