The second week of this cleanse went easier than the first because my appetite seems to have adjusted to the new schedule. My weight has stabalized at 135 as well. I have felt pretty good all through it. I did have to adjust the Cleanse #1 capsules as I got rid of parasites. Yup! Pretty graphic and stinky but they flushed quickly. This has inspired my husband to get rid of his parasites. LOL The biggest hurdle was getting the cleanse #2 past the lips and in the stomach. I found myself getting pretty wacked out with dread over the next #2 cleanse time. I finally worked out a method of getting it down and now it is no problem. The taste isn't bad at all. It was the texture for me - weird.

I'm on the second day of my Liver/Gallbladder cleanse. The lemon luice flush every morning really gets every nerve going LOL and then I reward myself with the wonderful tea. I have had a little more trouble with the Liver cleanse, probably because I need it so bad. Anyway, I have a headache about an hour after I take the morning flush drink and I'm more tired. I figure it is the high level of toxins coming out of my poor liver. I have nausea a lot in the afternoon which could be from the amount of raw garlic I'm consuming. Either that or I'm getting hungry. My sense of smell is either wonky today or I've finally stopped stinking. Yeah!

I'm not looking forward to the liver bomb but I'm definitely going to do it.

All in all, I admit that I have wondered at times if this cleanse was really doing anything. I mean, it wasn't awful or painful or anything, but the results are there already. I actually got out parasites. I don't stink anymore (just had a daughter give me a sniff test ;) ) after consuming several raw garlic cloves so I'm not toxic anymore. Something is happening that is very good. Even the headache is a sign to me that toxins are flowing out of my liver - Hooray!

As a side note - during the cleanse I haven't been cooking any food for my family that I can't eat also. I use the excuse that if I can't taste it then how can I tell if it is seasoned right. They can cook but they're too lazy. Anyway, they have discovered that they can survive on fruits and vegies. My husband is losing weight. His blue jeans are on the sewing machine waiting to be 'adjusted'. Believe me - that's a new one :)

Hi Monica, The formula #2 put it in capsules "00" and if you do that you will take 30 - 35 a day ( 5 to 7 of them at a time w/ at least 16oz of water each time) The other thing if your getting nausea it is because your liver is that congested, it is not flowing smoothly yet, keep your good work up and it sure will. When I first started doing the liver flushes soon after drinking the little bit of Olive oil (just a tablespoon) I would get extremely nausea, later on I was drinking a 1/2 of cup still would make me nausea until I did enough of them. Now that doesn't happen anymore, you will get there. Maybe your already doing this one- to help get the liver moving more is to put Castor oil packs over the liver and I like to put a heating pad over that to help it absorb more. Keep up the awesome work, you will get all the glory out of your perseverance.. Here's a quick question. My 16 yr old daughter is also doing the cleanse with me. During the Liver/Gallbladder cleanse she began having cold/allergy symptoms with sore throat and runny nose. Today (second of 5 days) her lymph node on the left side of her neck has swelled. I am trying to get her to do hot/cold therapy on it. Is there anything else she could do to help this out and get it moving?

Thanks,

Monica

Dear Monica, I am so glad for your report here and I think you are doing the best thing for yourself, but see for your family also. They wouldn't believe they can live on row food if they don't try, and they wouldn't try if you didn't start. It is amazing. Thank you again for your report, keep us posted and wish good health JasminaThe Grubb Family <dbgrubb wrote: The second week of this cleanse went easier than the first because my appetite seems to have adjusted to the new schedule. Hi Monica !

Hot and cold would be excellent.

The Echinacea and Total Tonic are intended to keep her from experiencing uncomfortable symptoms; however, these symptoms are common.

As toxins move out of the body, symptoms turning on and off are expected and actually a good sign that things are happening. Make sure she does not quit and continues on and through.

The idea is to come out the other end less toxic, feeling better and being more healthy overall. Many 16 year old have done this and I'm sure she can also.

Exercise is very important as are the hot baths and hot tea while in the tub.

Basically just DO THE PROGRAM.

The way it turned out -

The Lymph node and cold symptoms bothered her all the way through the Liver/Gallbladder cleanse. Her throat and ear hurt her so much it was difficult to swallow so drinking all the stuff was difficult. She did the hot/cold therapy all day long with special packs I have and she also used olive oil and oil of oregano in her ear. Nothing seemed to help until this morning after the Liver Bomb. The symptoms just went away. Either there was something she finally purged during the liver bomb or something she was taking for those five days disagreed with her. Anyway, she stuck it out and she is on to the Kidney cleanse today. Her stomach still feels a bit 'off' from the bomb stuff last night but she felt good enough to go into town with her sister :)

Cheers,

Monica
