Guest guest
Hello all, I am new here. I am really enjoying all the great posts! My question is this: What kind of foods can I eat to rid myself of intestinal parasites? My naturepath has had me on parasite-killing supplements on and off for over 4 years now. I think the problem began with a trip to Mexico about 6 years ago. I have taken Candibactin and Ultra-Parex (many times). Right now I am taking Argentyn and Arteminisin. I have done 4 liver/gallbladder cleanses. I follow a gluten-free, corn-free, egg-free, soy-free, sugar-free, cow-dairy-free, and goat-dairy-free diet. But every time I eat (what foods are left...), I get bloated. She tested me for yeast, and it was negative. Any suggestions? Anna

Guest guest
Have you : - strenghten your liver -for example by using Silybum marianum (i don't know the english name for it) - strenghten your internal bacteria-families by taking pro-biotics? - taken Pau d'arco (read up on that one before you do, though)> that is the strongest and most effective internal cleanser i know. It will work for Candida and other yeasts; i don't know for sure about parasites but i'd reckon it would. It's botanical name is Tecoma curialis or Tabebuia impetiginosa. - drink enough water (at least 2 liters/day)? Also, maybe you should 'let it go' for just a little bit... if you are so severe on yourself about not eating al this stuff, and still it doesn't give your relief, maybe this is not the problem... Good luckBellaAnna Yori <b26525 wrote: Hello all, I am new here. I am really enjoying all the great posts! My question is this: What kind of foods can I eat to rid myself of intestinal parasites? Guest guest
I had to jump in on this one ! Doc tells a story of his mother who as a young girl lived on a farm. They always did a Summer cleanse by eating corn to get rid of worms and parasites. I think it was raw corn and be sure it is organic. You do not want to eat non Organic corn these days as a beleive 80% is GMO (genetically modified organisms) and actually registered as a pesticide because of the additives to the corn to stop bugs from attacking it. If the bog won't eat it or dies when it does, I suggest you don't eat it ! Garlic is also good for getting rid of parasites. On the herbal side of things it would be Black Walnut Hull and Wormwood. These are both found in our Intestinal Cleanse. Valorie - Anna Yori herbal remedies Monday, August 07, 2006 9:20 PM Herbal Remedies - parasite cleansing diet Hello all, I am new here. Guest guest
Hi Anna, I have taken Candibactin and Ultra-Parex (many times). She tested me for yeast, and it was negative.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I usually refrain from recommending on this list and hopefully am not over stepping my bounds with what I am about to write. I have had and seen several clients with similar problems so feel I can comment with some authority. My first question is why do you limit your diet in such a strict way? Im surmising its because of allergies? If this is the case then what have you done to elliminate them other than the Liver/Gallbladder cleanses? Usually these work great but not allways. As an Energy Psychologist I treat Allergies quite often and while I love the cleanses and herbs, I most definately recommend that you go to the nearest TAT =Tapas Flemming TAT Proceedure practitioner ( Listed on her website, just do a search for Tapas Flemming) for treating your allergies. Normally, when treated accurately, they will leave you quickly, often spontaihneously and not be back. The processing is easy, inexpensive and totally Holistic.I cant stress this proceedure enough for allergies, it's simply white magic!! Just remember, there are many roads to Rome when it comes to healing. When one patrhway doesn't work for you give another a try and stick to the Holistic paths ONLY! Again, this is a guess on my part but if'n you were my client, I would first attack the Allergy situation ( if thats the reason for cutting out all these foods?) and the absolute next thing after resolving these, would be to get you on a strong multi strain Probiotic and most likely recommend oral and suppository treatments with them. Again, a guess but with quite a bit of experience along these lines,Your bloating is caused from an overgrowth of "bad bugs" You can call them parasites if you like and rebalancing your Intestinal tract is of utmost importance! Yeasts, Bacterias, Protozoans and larger Parasites most often live in an unhealthy body system. Like any other living thing such as plants, animals etc when we are "outta whack" these things come into our lives. They somehow sense their purpose in an unhealthy ecosystem within us. By cutting out many food groups your most likely starving your good gut flora and the result is production of gas or fluids by the bad guys. Most good gut flora needs a constant feeding of items that are simple sugars and many of the items you have cut out contain these vital nutrients, Number one in importance in my experience, is an efficient and rapid Allergy protocol then supplementation with a good ProBiotic.Probiotics are not created equally and you need to get one that has more than just the normal Acidophillus strains in it. I'm sure Doc and others here can recommend good ones that are available in your country. Best to you.
