Swollen lymph node under cheek any clues?

I had have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my jaw. It

doesn't hurt but it does feel kind of puffy. Any ideas on how to get

it back to normal? I'm not sick and I actually feel fine. I wouldn't

have noticed it but I had a major pimple in the same place and noticed

it there. Any auggestions?

I'd try hot and cold on it for starters incase the gland is clogged and needs to dump some toxins.

The hot and cold will pump blood in and out of the area.
