Guest guest Posted August 6, 2006 Report Share Posted August 6, 2006 I know when will it end?!!!! but say i dont want to make a formula into a tincture but rather a tea could i use the same formula then. just dont add the alcohol and use 1 tsp/ 1 cup hot water? eg- the nerve seditave formula- would i just mix all those herbs together as the formula says and then just make it as a tea or do i have to change any of it?
