We incorporated these into our diets and have used them for several years. Using powders... four parts slippery elm three parts spirulina or similar such natural product two parts bentonite clay or other similar natural product one part cayenne pepper Mix and fill 00 capsules. We take two a day on most days but don't have a need to take them year round. We take suppliments as needed and seasonally. And here's another recipe I put together and it's use.... One part irish moss and one part kelp. 00 capsules. One or two a day. I created this for use by teenagers suffering from what has been termed mood disorder and attention deficit. The feedback has been excellent coming from the teens who have taken it. Stabilized moods and ability to concentrate, calming affect, less impulsivity better rest.... probably enabling them to attain theraputic levels of sleep. I believe many kids are suffering from mineral starved brains. I have other recipes but these are a couple of my recent tested favorites.
