Doc Shillington will give us a couple of

basic health tips from his newest CD lecture entitled Nutritional Secrets and

Lifetime Health. Joanne and

Valorie will demonstrate how to make Total

Tonic and Lemon Egg. There will

also be one surprise treat to be announced at the workshop. If you know you are coming, please
