Everyone should be on Omega 3's - kids and adults. Works on many many levels from the brain to your joints. A very great addition to the diet. You can get it from walnuts, olive oil, and of course salmon, but most of us need the additional supplementation. Consumerlab.com recently tested many supplements for mercury & lead and they were mostly all clean. Acidophilus is also great because it helps the beneficial bacteria in your colon to grow and do what it's suppose to do.
