I have searched the files and not exactly sure what to take to help

with the healing that I have been dealing with since last December.

I had a very hard cold with a lot of congestion and it settled in my

left ear canel and for a few days I had vertigo that was very bad,

then after taking ecchnica and a higher dose of vit. C after a few

weeks this started to clear up. In the spring time I would blow my

nose and my airway would clear out with sneesing and by doing this I

had a large amt. of flem ( build up ) with the inpression of my ear

canel. This happened several times and I'm almost normal but still

suffer most of the time from a mild case of vertigo that can become

very annoying during my busy days. I have started taking Total

Nutrition once a day, a multi vit, brewers yeast, bee pollen, Vit

100 mg a day and also folic acid, 2 tsp. ACV for my arthritis, and

also only if needed due to a sinus problem for a week off and on

echina extract. With everything that I have been doing to try and

correct this problem it still has been bothering me. I need a good

suggestion on how to clear this up for good. I'm sure that I have

allergies since I do have a sinus problem all year round. I do feel

that if this problem is correct that this would clear up my inner

ear problem but not sure. Please help since this has been a problem

that I want to clear up and have tried on my own. Thanks for any

help that you can pass along. Donna
